Inspired by my own experiences as a single mother and someone who’s faced my fair share of ups and downs, I discovered the transformative power of mindset shifts, emotional healing, and self-discovery. But the real magic 🪄 happened when I got home! My energy level was incredibly high—I felt so grounded and present, and I had the deepest sleep ever.
I’m a full-time mum with a two-year-old, and I’d say I’m quite active. I walk with my daughter twice a day, covering about 4–6 km almost every day. Normally, I’m completely shattered by 8 pm. In fact, before the session, we had already walked 5 km!
But for the first time in three years, I actually had so much energy that I wanted to go out with my girlfriends 🤣 (Of course, I stayed home for bedtime stories instead.)
